Intelligence where you need it.
VulchIR engineers AI around your organisation and deploys it where it makes sense: in supported cloud environments, on infrastructure you control, or through a hybrid architecture.
AI built around you.
Your organisation has its own systems, knowledge and ways of working. VulchIR translates those requirements into purpose-built AI assistants, intelligent workflows and integrated applications.
AI built around your organisation. Not your organisation rebuilt around AI.
- Personal AI assistantFor individuals and leadership teams
- Company knowledge assistantAnswers from your own documents
- AI customer-service agentPhone, email and chat
- Document-processing automationInvoices, forms, compliance packs
- Operational copilotInside the tools teams already use
- Custom AI workflowDesigned around one process, end to end
Discover
We map the decision or process, the systems involved, the data and the people who will use the result.
Design
We agree the architecture, the models, where it will run and how people stay in control.
Build
We build and integrate the system, testing it against your real cases rather than demonstrations.
Deploy
We deploy to the cloud, your own infrastructure or both, and introduce it with the team that will use it.
Support
We monitor, maintain and improve it, or hand it over to your team, as agreed for each project.
Cloud, private or hybrid.
The right model depends on your data, workloads and security requirements. Many organisations start in one and add another later.
Cloud
AI applications and services hosted on suitable third-party cloud infrastructure, managed for you or in your own cloud account.
- Fast to start and easy to scale
- Managed for you, or in your own cloud account
- Access to the latest commercial AI models
Private / On-premises
AI systems running on compatible infrastructure you control, from a single AI workstation to dedicated GPU servers on your network.
- Data stays on infrastructure you control
- Local model inference on dedicated hardware
- Suited to sensitive or regulated workloads
Hybrid
Sensitive processing kept on your own infrastructure, with selected cloud capabilities used where they add value.
- Sensitive processing kept local
- Cloud capabilities used selectively
- One governed system across both
The decision factors.
| Factor | Cloud | Private / On-premises | Hybrid |
|---|---|---|---|
| Data requirements | Data can leave your network under agreed terms | Data must stay on infrastructure you control | Sensitive data stays local; the rest can use cloud services |
| Workload size | Scales up and down with demand | Sized to the hardware you own | Steady load runs locally; peaks go to cloud |
| Latency | Depends on network distance | Lowest, close to where work happens | Local for time-critical tasks |
| Security requirements | Provider controls plus your configuration | Your physical and network controls | Split by sensitivity |
| Cost profile | Pay as you use | Up-front hardware, lower running cost at steady load | Mixed |
| Maintenance | Mostly handled by the provider | Your team or VulchIR maintains the system | Shared |
Private AI, on your terms.
For private deployments, VulchIR specifies hardware for the actual workload: from a desk-side AI workstation to dedicated GPU servers. Options include NVIDIA DGX Spark, DGX Station and larger DGX systems, or other compatible hardware.
We size each system to the models and workloads it needs to run, and we will tell you when the cloud is the better answer.
Five parts of every AI system.
Clear responsibilities from the start: what VulchIR provides, and what comes from model developers and hardware or cloud providers.
| Part | What it is | Provided by |
|---|---|---|
| AI model | The model that generates answers: commercial models through their providers, or open models run locally. | Model developers; selected and configured by VulchIR |
| AI software | VulchIR technology: orchestration, connections to your systems, reasoning, actions and governance. | VulchIR |
| Computing hardware | Cloud infrastructure or physical AI hardware such as GPU servers and workstations. | Your cloud provider or hardware vendor; owned by you or the provider |
| Deployment and systems engineering | Designing, installing, configuring and integrating the complete system. | VulchIR |
| Ongoing management and support | Monitoring, updates, model changes and improvements over time. | VulchIR or your team, agreed per project |
